Kevin
Kevin Kiser graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing. He was first licensed as a Real Estate agent in 1989, became a broker soon after, and has sold real estate in San Antonio ever since.
Most recently, Mr. Kiser was the Real Estate Broker at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union for the las 6 years, where he managed up to 22 Real Estate Agents for RBFCU REALTY in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne, Austin and Dallas.
Offering Rebates and Discounts to Members of RBFCU on their real estate transactions was a huge member benefit and well received by its members, Mr. Kiser decided if he ever started another Real Estate Company, he would make the Rebates and Discounts available to every client, no membership required.
A 1% listing fee was the most fair and equitable form of discount, which gives the same benefit to all of San Antonio, no matter the price of their home.
A seasoned veteran of the Real Estate industry, Mr. Kiser has sold and overseen millions of dollars of transactions for himself and his Real Estate Agents he managed as a Broker.
Mr. Kiser is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Kevin enjoys serving as Officer and Consultant of the Alamo Heights Optimist Club. He donates hundreds of hours of community service with them every year. Membership has been a family tradition that began when he was a teen.

Kathy
Kathy Green received her MBA from Webster University and her BBA from UTSA. She spent
ten years teaching Webmastering, Multimedia, Animation and Business Computer Information
Systems. Teaching is a profession in which you must care about the people you work with. Student success is your success. Helping others is a life long passion and one that she takes to heart.
Passionate about helping others, the move to real estate was a natural fit. Kathy has been licensed since 2014 and has used her years of experience make her one of the most technologically advanced agents in Texas! Customer service is key to the building strong relationships. There is nothing she won’t do to help a client or friend.
Grateful for an amazing group of clients, Kathy makes sure to show them appreciation they
deserve with exceptional service. Her clients often tell her they feel like part of the family.
Strong relationships and attentiveness to clients’ needs are a top priority. Her loyal clientele,
referrals and repeat business are the foundation to her career.
Kathy and her children like to give back to the community. They participate in fund raisers for the Alamo Heights Optimist Club. Kathy is the membership and volunteer coordinator for this amazing club that donates all of its proceeds to local children’s organizations.
